How do I choose the right size?
You can refer to the Size Guide available on the product page before placing your order. We recommend checking your measurements carefully before selecting your size. If you’re unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
Where does Tamira deliver, and how long will my order take?
We currently deliver across India. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, provided the product is ready to ship. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes up to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Tamira does not accept returns. We offer exchanges only under the conditions mentioned in our Exchange Policy. Exchange requests must be raised within 2 working days of receiving your order. Each order is eligible for one exchange only, and size exchanges are subject to availability.
What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 2 working days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for such claims and must clearly show the package being opened and the product received. If the issue is confirmed to be from Tamira’s side, we will arrange a replacement and bear the applicable return shipping charges. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided, subject to approval.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are provided only when a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect and a suitable replacement is unavailable. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days from the date of refund approval for the refund to be processed. The time taken to reflect the amount may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
